For trading purposes, Road Transport Forum New Zealand Inc (trading as Transporting New Zealand) is a New Zealand incorporated society. By purchasing through this website you agree to its terms and conditions which are as follows:

Payment & Confirmation of Registration

You will be issued an invoice following completion of your online registration and payment by credit card. Registrations will be considered complete only once credit card or direct bank payment is successfully received.

Conference programme and speakers subject to change

The conference programme and speakers may change at any stage and as such, both may differ from the advertised programme and speakers listed on this website.

Cancellations and refunds

Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference organisers. Cancellations received after 10 September will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail, and any such refund is solely at the discretion of the organisers. Cancellation charges and administration fees will be incurred and payment will be sought regardless of whether your attendance costs have been paid at the time of your cancellation. All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the meeting organisers of any name changes before 17 September.


You may transfer your booking to another party, however this must be communicated to us by email before 17 September 2022. If the original booking was for Transporting New Zealand members, you may only transfer your booking to other Transporting New Zealand members, otherwise either you or the new registrants must pay the difference in price. There are no refunds if you transfer your non-Transporting New Zealand member booking to an Transporting New Zealand member.

Update of registration names

Upon booking, you may specify “TBC” as the attendee name(s) if you are unsure of who in your group will be attending. However, these names must be updated either directly on the website (through an account you create) or communicated to us by email by 17 September 2022.

Your personal data

Your personal data will be used to process your order, to manage access to your account, and to support your experience throughout this website. Your email address may also be used for the promotion of future conferences. For more information please see our privacy policy.
